Supporting Students Beyond the Classroom
CARES (Connection and Resources for Education and Success) is a district-wide initiative dedicated to meeting the real and often unseen needs of SACS students and families. Proudly supported by the SACS Education Foundation, the CARES program helps provide essential items at no cost to families—removing barriers, easing financial strain, and ensuring students have the resources they need to feel supported, confident, and ready to succeed both in and out of the classroom. From clothing and hygiene items to school essentials and emergency support, CARES serves students across the district with dignity, compassion, and care.
