That’s why we’re excited to introduce SACS HEART — Honoring Employees: Appreciate, Recognize, and Thrive.
HEART is designed to find meaningful ways to celebrate, encourage, and show appreciation for SACS employees throughout the year. Our teachers, support staff, administrators, and other school employees play an essential role in helping students learn, grow, and thrive—and they deserve to know how much they are valued.
Starting with a Warm Welcome
Earlier this school year, the Foundation helped welcome new SACS teachers with a small gift at the newly formed New Teacher Academy.
As these educators learned more about the district and began their SACS journey, we wanted them to know from day one that they are valued, appreciated, and supported.
It was a simple gesture with an important message: We’re glad you’re here, and we’re grateful you’re part of SACS.
